I went to Shanghai last summer, The Mayfair hotel in Shanghai is really nice. It was pretty cheap for us to stay at the Mayfair hotel for a week it was a bit far out of the city center of Shanghai but taking a taxi is less then 2 euro´s . the hotel itself is pretty basic but it had all we need warm wather a nice bed and good service. Shanghai is a great city to explore
