the hotel is part of the best western group which you realize as soon as you set your foot on the doorstep. everything is in the corporate design of best western. you will enjoy your holiday because best western staff is well trained- as it is the case in this hotel. the accomodation is close to the city centre which is great because graz is beautiful.
